Find every contract renewal term

"Which contracts auto-renew with less than 30 days' notice?" The answer is spread across many contracts, each worded differently. Lochless reads them and returns every matching clause, with a quote and your contract id.

Tested on real contracts

CUAD is a public set of 510 legal contracts with 41 questions and human-marked answers, including renewal and notice terms. Lochless read every contract and found 85% of the marked answers. A vector setup with a leading embedding model and reranker, keeping its top 1,000 results, found 45%.

How it works

1. Send each contract as text with an id, a date and metadata such as customer or vendor. Up to 1 million characters per document.
2. Ask in plain English. No query syntax to learn.
3. Get every matching clause back, or ask for a short written answer that cites each contract.

Cost and limits
