Find every refund request in your tickets

Customers rarely write the word "refund". They say they were charged twice, want their money back, or ask to cancel and be credited. Lochless reads your tickets and returns every one that asks for a refund, with a quote from each.

How it works

Send your tickets, emails or chat transcripts as text, each with an id, a date and any metadata you like, such as channel or plan.
Ask in plain English, for example "customers asking for refunds", and filter by date or metadata.
Get every relevant ticket back, each with a quote and your ticket id. Page through them for free.

Want a written summary instead? /v1/ask with "Why are refunds up this month?" returns a short answer citing the tickets behind it.

Why not keyword search or a vector database?

Keyword search misses tickets that never use your words. A vector database returns a fixed number of results that look similar, so you never know what fell past the cut. Lochless judges each document against your question and returns everything relevant in what it reads.

Know the cost first

You pay for the text your queries read: $0.10 per 1M tokens, plus $0.005 per page indexed. A free dry run shows how many tickets match, the tokens to scan and the price. Every query has a read limit, $1 by default, and a $100 monthly spend cap is on by default.
